 36 North is a licensed commercial general contractor based in Fayetteville, AR. We specialize in site services, erosion control and SWPPP compliance, low voltage and fiber infrastructure, and underground utilities. We work primarily as a subcontractor or trade partner alongside general contractors and developers across Northwest Arkansas. 

36 North Collective works with a variety of clients, including commercial and residential property owners, developers, contractors, and architects.

 We are based in Fayetteville and primarily serve Northwest Arkansas, including Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, and surrounding communities. We are open to discussing projects outside this area depending on scope. 

 Yes. 36 North is SAM.gov registered with an active UEI and CAGE code, and we hold an active contract with the City of Fayetteville. We are positioned to work on federal, state, and municipal projects. 

 We self-perform the majority of our core scopes with our own crews and equipment. For larger or specialized scopes we coordinate vetted trade partners, with 36 North managing the work and maintaining accountability to the GC.
