Landscaping, Grading & Drainage Systems
36 North provides commercial sod installation, hydro seeding, irrigation, grading, and drainage system installation across Northwest Arkansas. We hold an active contract with the City of Fayetteville and work with contractors, developers, and property owners on turf establishment, finish grading, drainage system design and installation, and irrigation. Whether it's a new development or an existing property with drainage issues, we assess the site and deliver practical solutions that hold up.
Sediment Control
Regulatory compliance starts at the ground level. 36 North installs and maintains sediment control measures and SWPPP systems designed to protect the site, prevent runoff, and keep your project aligned with environmental requirements from day one.
Underground Utilities & Trenching
36 North performs underground piping and trenching work in support of site utility installations. We work with contractors and project owners to coordinate excavation, conduit placement, and underground infrastructure that keeps projects on schedule and spec.

36 North installs and coordinates low voltage systems for jobsites and commercial facilities — including fiber, structured cabling, conduit pathways, and infrastructure supporting communications, security, and network connectivity. We also perform commercial fiber internet installations and service calls as a trusted subcontractor to a local internet service provider. We work directly with contractors and technology providers to keep these systems on schedule and properly integrated within the overall project scope.
Demolition
36 North supports contractors with selective demolition services as part of broader site preparation and renovation scopes. We coordinate demolition work efficiently and safely, keeping projects on track for the next phase of construction.
